My deepest condolences to Bill's family.A long time ago Bill was one of my instructors while training at RCAF Station Borden, ON. A few years later we worked together at CFB Winnipeg in aircraft servicing on the same shift. RIP Bill.

I have been a good friend of Bill's son, Iain, for over 30 years. I have memories of sitting on their front step waiting for Iain and chatting with Bill and Joan. My husband John and I are very sorry for your loss.
