On behalf of St John's Anglican congregation in Unity, I wish to express our condolences on Rev Thurlow's passing. I was not a part of St John's when he was priest here but I did meet him on one of his visits. He told me a story about meeting my husband's grandfather, Tom Thurlow. Grandpa Thurlow showed up on the rectory doorstep one day and introduced himself to Rev Thurlow. I gather they had quite the conversation. Rev Thurlow had quite the memory and told many stories that day. I am glad that I was given the opportunity to meet him.Our congregation enjoyed his time with us. May your family be blessed and comforted as you grieve your loss.

I have known you all my life Uncle Tom. I am so happy to have known you and Joyce. You are back together with the love of your life. We will miss you and your letters. I am so sorry for your family 's loss. Until we meet again... xxxooo
