I'm very sorry to hear that Sylvia has passed. My condolences to Brett and the other family members. Sylvia was my Mother's neighbour at Riverview. My Mom, Christeen Arden died in January 2012. Sylvia had a beautiful smile, she loved her stuffed animals and enjoyed the shoes and gifts that Brett would bring for her. Sylvia loved when Brett visited and he usually convinced her to eat all her dinner. She loved the ice cream most of all. Sylvia had a wonderful temperament and had a great sense of humour. I'll miss this lady.

Words cannot describe who Sylvia was. And so words also cannot describe the loss we are all feeling now.Throughout my 40 years of knowing Syl I can not recall a time without seeing a smile on her face. She laughed often and loved much and had the affection of many friends and family. My children had the good fortune of calling her Grandma. One of Sylvia's favorite things to do was to walk in for a visit with boxes of smarties in her purse for the children. She would pretend she forgot them but the kids never believed her. They would laugh and beg for them. Sylvia loved her children, grandchildren, her twin Sonya and her baby sister Jackie. Peace be with you sweet Sylvia.

Sylvia was always a very happy person. She had a very positive outlook on life & enjoyed everything to its fullest. She loved her family and grandchildren and always had a comment to make about them. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. Looked forward to going to the lake on days off & spending time having fun. She will be missed by all who knew her & spent time in her company. Rest well Sylvia.
