I knew Roy for 23 years , I was the Site Superintendent at Village West . I always welcomed his wisdom and daily talks when I did my rounds at the complex. I liked when he would come an give me one of his bottle of Wines.He was a person that had own way of thinking. And would not back down from a argument . He will be missed.
