One of my earliest memories is of sitting on Jim's knee whilst he was feeding me with pickled red cabbage. I was only about two years old but my love of anything pickled remains to this day as does my love for Jim. One of the nicest guys I have ever known.

Although distant from those in England a special uncle. He was patient, understanding and welcoming. Words utterly fail to measure the loss all the family must feel.
