Elaine and Family.We are very sorry to hear of Richard's untimely passing. Words are inadequate in expessing the sadness we feel. Please know that you and the family are in our thoughts and prayers and may your memories of Rich bring you peace and comfort during this difficult time. Richard was a good and kind person, friend and neighbour who will always be remembered for his kindness and help. He was always there when we needed him. May he rest in peace.

Elaine and Family - My sincerest condolences on the loss of your husband, father and grandfather. I was one of Rick's 'coursemates' at the Navigation School in Winnipeg (Course 6405). I remember fondly Rick's great sense of humour, his amazing energy, and love of fun. He was always up for whatever shenanigans we decided to get into as young 'sprogues' and always had a smile on his face. Rest in Peace, Rick!
