I moved to Grand Forks with my brother Ted and the good old times in the north end were priceless. Ray was a part of that. Everybody misses you Ray and we love you.

Our family is deeply saddened by the passing of Ray. We'll always remember him fondly and feel lucky that we had the pleasure of knowing him. The great times we've shared with Ray and the family will never be forgotten. His laughter was infectious and his humor one of a kind. A sweet, thoughtful wonderful person we will miss him very much. Ray you don't now how in so many ways you will be missed we had so many treasured memories and so many great fun secrets that only you and i shared on the road and working together at so many music festivals the old motor home will not be the same with out you like you said if it only had eyes and ears the fun stories it would tell when you were working at my family home this past spring i can only imagine what chuck was thinking hearing so many great stories of our 30 year best on and off Friend and business relationship like i told your sister Joan you made the best damn breakfast and meals while we traveled together from one festival to the other like i used to say when we left a gig we are not saying good bye just good night til we meet again
