We have known “Razor Ray” since the 70’s. We’ve fished together many, many times, both at our cabin and at camping trips at various lakes. Ray has been our guest in Arizona and our go to guy for many handyman projects. He was always available to lend a helping hand at a moments notice. Our lives and our family’s lexicon have been enriched by the many Rayisms, such as “Carberry Control” in our card games and many other sayings that he’d come up with from time to time. He’ll be sorely missed by myself and my wife Linda.

I met Ray in 1987 when he (and my wife and I) moved to Winnipeg. Ray was the type of guy who would give you the shirt off his back and always volunteer to help you no matter what the project was. We travelled together with my wife and a friend of Ray\'s (Gail) to tropical locations and had many laughs and fond memories of afternoons and suppers at each others houses. We lost touch over the last few years but Lorrie and I always wondered what he was up to! Ray, you will be missed my friend.
