During July 2011-Dec. 2012, I had the pleasure of regularly meeting Mike, as a 'friendly visitor' from Age & Opportunity. Mike knew how to make a visitor feel welcome. His witty conversation, his reminiscences from days long past in Eastern Europe (& sometimes a shot of Hungarian brandy) would often be the highlight of my day.
