Matthew lived at the Salvation Army in Edmonton for a few short months. I was a worker there and got to know Matthew quite well. He was a funny kid always cracking jokes with the staff and making us laugh. He really had a kind heart and I really felt for him. I will never forget him, we miss you Matthew

When I was younger my dad was married to Matthews mom Debbie. We used to be pretty close. We used to go to the same school. He used to tell people who picked on him that I was his big sister and I'd beat them up. Lol. Then after our parents got divorced we lost contact and about 2 years ago we reconnected and talked on the phone and on facebook. Sure miss talking to him. I Will never forget you Matthew <3
