both betty and gille were great people. had a party at our home before they went overseas; they left us all their booze. it was all gone when they got back. which made them happy.

To Gilles, Gary and the girls:Betty has gone on her final trip and I hope that she is enjoying a very good scotch!I worked with Betty in Germany; a good time was often on the agenda. We met again in Ottawa, while they were transferred in and out, on many occasions. Gilles and Betty stayed at our house for some months on one of their moves from Winnipeg.We enjoyed their company and sense of humor. Repose-toi maintenant Betty et veille sur les tiens de là-haut.
