Craig often attended car shows with a group of friends from the Manitoba Camaro Club up until a couple of years ago. Last year he made it out twice and we were so happy to see our big friendly giant with the infectious laugh. We are greatly saddened and will miss him.

Working out of the old Stn 1 with Craig as a partner was a blast. He made coming to work enjoyable. A great guy with a great sense of humor. I was not afraid to go anywhere as I knew Craig always had my back. I will miss you my friend. Also condolences to the family.

Craig and I work together for many months. He will be remembered for those night shifts that he had us all laugh so hard. He was a man who was always there and will be missed. Farewell Craig

I was shocked to hear of Craig's passing through Val- Wpg. He grew up as my young neighbor with Wendy, Sherry, Kevin, - and we all had interesting times - (in fact I used his hockey equipment for my son) -I miss the family and was thinking of them just the other day as years have passed since Gwen died and I lost touch. My condolences to Wendy in particular.....all you guys were great and your brother led the way. I know in my heart how you will feel his young loss of life he loved so much. God Bless

Thinking about Craig and the many years we worked together, you were a good friend and working with you, well that's a story all on it's own. All those KFC Tonnie Tuesdays we bought, I thought we would put them out of business. We drifted apart over the last few years, but I will truly miss you. Your now pain-free, and probably making people laugh wherever you are. Take care!

A mountain of a man that always made you feel that your walk was downhill when you worked with him, never having to struggle and kept you laughing the whole day thru, God Bless You Graig!

I'll never forget meeting Craig shortly after being hired on with Winnipeg EMS @ Stn. 10/30 on Osborne. Craig had the ability to make people laugh at the drop of a hat. RIP Craig.Leach

Craig was a good friend for over 44 years. He loved his sports including playing hockey in his younger years which was his passion. He also loved playing other sports such as Racquet Ball and Tennis. Due to knee injuries which forced him to quit such sports I ended up introducing him to the computer. It was then that we both teamed up via the Internet playing games against my sons. Both my boys at the time were under 12 which of course gave us the edge. Craig was a kind hearted, sensitive man with a hard exterior but huge heart and a very loyal sincere friend. I am proud to have known Craig as he will be deeply missed but our memories together I will never forget. Rest in Peace my friend.

As I think back to our 55 + years of being brother and sister, I have yet to find two others that had the same relationship that you and I shared. Both of us being from two totally different families at birth, then being brought together by adoption into a very loving and caring family. You being my big brother were very big shoes to fill.I am so grateful that you and I had this special friendship that lasted through out our lives. I am so going to miss you. Your beautiful laughter, kindest of all hearts, never having to think twice about anything that anyone asked you to do. You were always there for me, more that you will ever know. I loved our daily phone calls, and most of your humor. Some I had to have Al explain to me. (It's the blonde thing). My heart is broken now, but I know that in time it will get easier. I love you big Brother. No more pain, and no more suffering. My wonderful memories of you will be with me forever, and will be shared with all that love you.

we were together in school from grade 3 and up. we had mrs. roberts in robert browning school and we would be laughing all the time. he told me that he swallowed a marble and was worried about it but the next day he told me that he had pooped it out and i could not stop laughing. needless to say i had to stand in the corner. we had good laughs as the years went on but once in high school we weren't in the same classes. i am sorry for your loss he was to young but he will always be remember for making us laugh in our younger days.

Craig was a very kind hearted and happy go lucky individual. Great sense of humor and enjoyed the little things in life. Very proud of his son and his accomplishments.

On the outside Craig could appear rough and tough but to me he was funny, intelligent, stubborn, child like, caring, supportive and at times shy and insecure. He was so proud of his son and grinned from ear to ear when talking about his beautiful Granddaughter. I will cherish the many good times we shared together and know that Craig is now pain free and catching up with family that passed before him.
