I met Carol many years ago when I was working a HSC National Office. Since I retired Carol and I kept in touch once in awhile by email so I followed her journey through cancer a little and also her travels. She was a wonderful woman and dedicated a lot of her time to the HSC cause - she will be missed. Rest in peace Carol.

My heartfelt sympathy to Carol's family during this difficult time. Carol was a positive force in the fight against Huntington disease both on a local and National level. She worked many hours in Winnipeg for the local Chapter and served on the National Board of Directors. I am happy I had the pleasure of knowing and working with Carol, and I will always remember her smile and caring nature.

Carol was such a great friend to all and an inspirational leader with the Huntington Society in Winnipeg. She started the amaryllis campaign - which became National and is still a flagship for us. Carol was always there - ready to help! Her caring, compassion, and positive attitude helped so many families dealing with HD in their lives! We will miss her warm smile and loving heart.
