Tony was a great guy. He lived life to the fullest and he had an amazing sense of humour! He always had a smile on his face in the lunch room and always had time to chat. Rest in Peace Tony. From a fellow teacher from Sturgeon Creek Collegiate, Winnipeg, from years ago.

Dad: I am so glad you made your transition so peacefully and with loved ones at your side. Your wish was to be at home when the time came and I only hope your passage was as smooth and comforting as it could have been. Many memories I have ... Washing all three of us in the tub at once, taking us to Disneyland, weekly visits to grandpa's house every sunday hanging out at your high schools where you taught at and sneaking us treats from the freezer, my wedding's' -(whoops), dances with you - you loved to dance, many awesome dinners with you and bobbi, trips to Arizona - meeting all your amazing friends, multiple hospital visits - even a few fun memories like the one when your jail work friends came and snuck in booze and caused a little commotion, and many more! Some of His favorite sayings:Schmake - schmakeAnd remember ' I have feelings - you know'...The last days were a struggle of overcoming your fear of dying and easing the burden of having to fight anymore. Of allowing yourself a chance to rest and the suffering to stop!I hope you are up there and will be watching out over us...you done well on your journey. We are proud of the fight you gave. Thanks so much - to everyone who assisted in his journey! Love youHappy Father's Day - DadDiane

Diane, I had the pleasure of meeting your Dad several years ago....what a fine gentleman! He had such a zest for life and love and pride in you. He has endured so much over the last several years, that although will miss him greatly, he is now at rest. The years of wonderful memories will be the tribute to his life. Thinking of you lots. Hugs. Wendy
