I am very sorry to hear of the sudden passing of Doug. Doug worked in one of buildings where I lived and he was always so kind and helpful to me and my family. I was so touched when Doug came to see if my mom was okay during a planned hydro outage a few weeks ago and could not thank him enough for being so thoughtful. There were few times he saved the day for us. We would laugh about it later during conversation when we would pass each other along the way. We will miss him dearly. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
